The wipes feature a 2-ply design that enhances its ability to absorb solvents and paint, exhibiting strong absorbency. The wipes are precision Laser-cut, effectively sealing fibres along the wiping edge. It maintains an exceptionally low presence of particles and fibres, while also offering resistance against abrasion and chemicals. Cleaning can be quickly done by dipping and washing in cleaning solvents.
The use of pre-saturated wipes provides advantages to the user compared to using loose solvent with cloths, such as the standardisation of cleaning and preparation operations, improving quality and production line performance, lowering the quantity of product used, and reducing waste, VOCs and the quantity of solvent released into the atmosphere. There is no risk of accidental spillage of drums full of flammable liquids.
