3M 5453 PTFE Glass Cloth Tape was a silicone adhesive tape which provided a high temperature release surface for protection and insulation.

This PTFE tape is no longer available from 3M. If your application requires a low coefficient of friction, with a temperature use range of -30°F to 225°F (-34°C to 107°C), please consider evaluating 3M UHMW Film Tape 5421 or 3M UHMW Film Tape 5423 for your application. These products offer similar non-stick properties to 3M PTFE Film Tapes albeit with less high temperature performance.
