This product resists tearing and edge wear during aggressive sanding, with a resin-bonded disc that provides heat resistance for increased life and cut. Featuring a load-resistant coating and an open coat, it minimises clogging and enhances dust management, making it well suited for high-production sanding as well as general-purpose applications on paint, primer, wood, metal, plastic, and composites, including fiberglass. The coating allows the disc to continue cutting even on softwoods, paints, and other materials that might otherwise obstruct the surface.
The tough, durable mineral on a flexible backing delivers fast cutting action, while improved edge durability reduces disc wear and edge tear. The 21-hole design further extends disc life, ensuring consistent performance over prolonged use.
