It is formulated with mineral oils, lithium soap, and solid lubricants and is 100% lead and nickel free. The product offers exceptional load-carrying capacity and provides effective wear protection, helping reduce pitting on gear teeth flanks during operation. The product exhibits remarkable adhesion due to the presence of an adhesion improver, ensuring its reliable performance. It also provides excellent corrosion protection being resistant to oil greases and solvents. Ideal for use with open gears subjected to high stresses and adverse weather conditions, the product can be successfully used in crushing plants, transmission gears, and threaded spindles of heavy, crank-driven presses.
