PPG ZR-6320 is a chrome-free, water-based coating, formulated for the temporary protection of aluminium surfaces during manufacturing operations such as roll forming, stretch bending, drop-hammer and riveting operations.

This coating provides a tough, abrasion-resistant, transparent-green film, thus permitting any layout work that may be necessary. It is non-flammable in liquid form and compatible with standard spray guns, either air or airless. ZR-6320 can be removed with a BMS 15-12 Type II approved remover or the separately sold SC-1101SB, and has a service life of 8 months for outdoor or indoor storage.
