It provides excellent protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals in sheltered areas, indoors or in packages not in direct exposure to rain and outdoor elements. Its wide range of dilation allows flexibility to customise the length of protection required versus applied cost per square metre. It forms a clear solution in water and is applied to metal surfaces by spraying or dipping, with a clear protective coating that dries under ambient conditions. It also protects well against humidity.
It can easily be removed with alkaline cleaners and can be coated over with paints and primers without removal.
This product finds applications in casted forgings, tubular parts, electric motors, precision machine parts, sintered metals, hydroblasting and more. It is effective with metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, and cast iron.
