This product has a gel-like consistency, designed for easy application with the Thixofix notched spreader, ensuring the correct amount of adhesive is applied to the materials. It is ideal for vertical surfaces, as it won't drip or run, and stays in place during application. Thanks to the unique "slideability" of Thixofix, materials can be accurately positioned to achieve a precise, professional finish. It also eliminates the spills and mess commonly associated with ordinary brushable contact adhesives.
The adhesive offers good heat resistance and was primarily developed for bonding laminated plastics to wood, hardboard, chipboard, and more. Highly versatile, it can also bond rigid PVC, cork, rubber, leather, fabrics, wood, and other materials.
