This chlorine-free cold metal-forming lubricant is designed for neat and water-diluted applications, depending on the operation's intensity. It features potent extreme pressure additives that prevent metal adhesion between the workpiece and tool. This makes it suitable for deep drawing, stamping, bending, and blanking tasks, delivering cost-effective enhancements in product quality, tool lifespan, and productivity. It forms stable, low-foaming emulsions when diluted at 4–50%. Being water-miscible, it's easy to clean, leaving components with a noticeably improved finish, while its wide dilution range ensures economical use.
