Product Information
This is a general purpose, low-temperature, and water-displacing preservative oil that protects internal applications for up to six months. It maximises life for all aircraft cables and can be used as a cable lubricant for cargo door hinges and door cable lubrication.
It may be used on flap tracks and jackscrews as well as for general cleaning, and is effective on small guns, machine guns, and precision machine parts. Other typical applications include for pylon bearing cleaning before lubrication, or the lubrication of safety blocker installation on tail cone work platforms.
Its working temperature range is -57°C (-70°F) to 149°C (300°F).
This product can be used in conjunction with the Formit extensions to provide targeted spray to areas that may be difficult to reach but need to be coated.
