Product Information
Ardrox396/1 M has excellent dewatering and penetrating properties. After evaporation of the volatile organic solvent, a thin, oily film is left on articles to which it has been applied. It is also extremely effective in protecting all types of high and low strength steels, aluminium, magnesium, titanium, cobalt, copper, zinc, cadmium, nickel and their alloys against corrosion.
Applications:
- Dewatering and corrosion protection of all metals
- Restoring the dielectric properties of insulators
- Freeing seized parts
- Elimination of sea water or fresh water accidentally introduced into lubrication systems
- Protection of parts prior to re-assembly
- Displacement of water from electrical or mechanical equipment exposed to / saturated with salt water
