I am having problems with the Silmid.com website, what do I do?

On rare occasions, users may experience some issues with using webpages. These can be caused by a number of reasons many of which are resolved by closing and reopening the web browser.

The web pages are very slow?

It is very difficult for us to provide support on website performance because we have no control or visibility of your internet connection. What we can advise is that we work hard to ensure that the servers we use and the way the website is designed, that slow website performance is very rare and will often resolve itself.

I cannot Sign In?

Please make sure you have entered the correct login details. Your username will usually be your email address. If you have changed your email address for any reason and need to be linked to the correct account please create a support request.

The password I have is not working?

Remembering passwords is a pain, if you do not save the password in your web browser or using one of the password keeper apps that are available on mobile phones, you can select Forgot password, and an email with a reset link will be sent to you.

I cannot see my agreed discounted prices?

Your username will be linked to your Company Account. If for any reason you are not linked this may explain why you are not seeing the agreed prices you are expecting.

The quickest fix is to contact your Account Manager using the contact details displayed on your "My Account" page.
