Sil-Mid System Upgrade
On Wednesday 19th April at 5.30pm, Sil-Mid are performing an internal upgrade to our systems. We anticipate this planned upgrade will take between 2-3 hours to perform.
The impact this will have on our customer will be minimal, all orders will be processed as normal on Thursday morning.
During this downtime some of the features of the My Account section may be unavailable, but silmid.com will continue to process your orders and quotes.
We will be doing our best to perform this operation as fast as humanly possible and will notify customers when the update is complete and all our systems are back up.
