How do I register on Silmid.com?

Existing Silmid customers who are registering online for the first time simply choose "Register" and enter your CSR Number which can be found on any recent Delivery Note or Invoice. This ensures that you benefit from any special pricing terms that have been agreed for your company. 

If you are new to Silmid and want to register as a Business, select the "Register" and fill in the form. This will create a NEW account on our system.

What are the benefits of managing my account online?

Online accounts are quick and simple to set up and give you 24/7 access to your invoices, shipping details, OEM certificates, quotes and order history. To view our "My Account" guide click here

How do I create an order? 

Sign in to your account, add the desired items to your basket and checkout, customers with credit accounts will be able to place orders against their accounts with no hassle. Customers without credit accounts can pay by credit/ debit card or PayPalTo view our guide to placing an order for click here

How do I create a quote?

Sign in to your account, add the required items to your basket and checkout here you will see the option to create a quote. Then its just a case of following the on screen prompts, to view our guide to creating a quote click here

How do I convert a quote?

From your "My Account" page select "Quotes" find the quote you are looking for either via the search or scrolling through your list of quotes. Once you have found the desired quote click "View" check the details and make sure you are happy then click "Convert quote to order" fill in the details and then click "Place order". To view our guide to converting a quote for click here

Do Silmid support customers outside the UK?

Yes we do. We ship goods to over 100 countries and can provide a full export document and packing service. To find out more about our International sales click here

What are my delivery options?

We offer a range of delivery options including next day delivery, timed delivery (post code dependant) and international delivery. Read more here.

I can't find the product I am looking for?

If you can't find the product you are looking for on silmid.com that doesn't mean we don't sell it, we have a large number of items that are not listed on the website. We also supply items from over 400 brands so the chances are if we don't have it, we can can get it. you can email your request to info@silmid.com or why not fill in our "New product request form"
