How do I register on Silmid.com?
Register as a Business User
Existing Sil-Mid Customers who are registering online for the first time simply choose "Register as a Business" and enter your CSR Number which can be found on any recent Delivery Note or Invoice. This ensures that you benefit from any special pricing terms that have been agreed for your company.
If you are new to Sil-Mid and want to register as a Business, select the "Register as a Business" and fill in the form. This will create a NEW account on our system.
Register as a Home User
Simply choose "Register as a Consumer" and fill in the form. This is because important because the Terms and Conditions of Sale are different for home users.
Does Silmid.com support customers outside the UK?
Yes we do. We ship goods to over 100 countries and can provide a full export document and packing service.
Where can I view my order history?
When you have placed an order, you will be able to see it by going to the My Account page and clicking on View Order History.
Who are Sil-Mid Limited?
We are a specialist distributor of consumable products used in all areas of aerospace and high spec engineering. Our business started in 1980 as a silicones specialist, hence the name, and has grown supply over 7000 products from 400 vendors to over 100 countries. Read more here.
