SEMCO Nozzles

These disposable nozzles are precision moulded and have a 1/4" NPT male thread to fit Semco® 1, 2.5, 6, 8, 12, 20, 32 oz., and 1/10 gallon disposable cartridges as well as Semkits. A wide range of lengths and orifice sizes are available to better meet your application needs, and the differences are highlighted below. For reference, the 420 nozzle is supplied as standard with all PPG Semkits.

Bent

Nozzles can be bent to varying degrees as part of a customised system. To do this, first give the standard nozzle number, then advise the angle of the bend (D), and finally advise the length away from the tip that the bend is (C). For example:
  • Standard Nozzle 640
  • 30° Bend
  • 2in from Tip

Fillet

Semco® Fillet nozzles consistently apply sealant fillets over lap joints. These nozzles eliminate the need for tooling the sealant with spatulas, thereby increasing productivity. These disposable nozzles are precision moulded and have a 1/4" NPT male thread to fit Semco® 1, 2.5, 6, 8, 12, 20, 32 oz. and 1/10 gallon disposable cartridges.

Ribbon

These disposable nozzles are precision moulded and have a 1/4" NPT male thread to fit Semco® 1, 2.5, 6, 8, 12, 20, 32 oz., and 1/10 gallon disposable cartridges. A wide variety of specialty ribbon nozzles are available in various thicknesses and widths and are designed to better meet your application needs.

Roller

Semco® roller nozzles are designed to apply adhesives and sealants evenly over a wide area of substrate. They are ideal for the application of faying surface sealants. The 1/4" NPT male threaded end can be used with any of the Semco® disposable cartridges and Semkit® packages (i.e. 1, 2.5, 6, 8, 12, 20, 32 oz. and 1/10 gallon sizes). Roller nozzles are available in one and two inch widths. The roller base is precision moulded of chemically resistant material and can be solvent cleaned for re-use. Replacement rollers can be purchased separately.

Adapters and Repair Kits

There are a number of different accessories and parts sold separately to fix general wear and tear and adapt dispensing systems to suit all applications.
