CA1000
CA 1000 is a non-curing, non-chromate corrosion inhibitive compound. It has a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 240°F (116°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). This material acts as an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals. The compound remains permanently mastic after prolonged exposure to aircraft fuels, both jet fuel and aviation gas.
CA 1000 is a one part, polysulfide compound. The material is a thixotropic paste suitable for application by brush or spatula.
PR1005-L
PR-1005-L is an aircraft integral fuel tank slosh coating. It has a service temperature range from -100°F (-73°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). This material is designed as topcoat or barrier coating. The cured coating is resistant to prolonged exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas.
PR-1005-L is a one part, synthetic rubber solution. The uncured material is a thin syrup suitable for application by brush, fill-and-drain, dip or spray. It cures at room temperature by the evaporation of solvent to form a smooth, tough, flexible transparent film having excellent adhesion to common aircraft substrates and polysulfide sealants.

PR1428 Class A
PR-1428 Class A is a low adhesion sealant. It has a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). The material is designed for use as an access door sealant or in the fabrication of form-in-place (FIP) gaskets.
PR-1428 Class A is a two-part, manganese dioxide cured, polysulfide compound. The uncured material is suitable for application by brush in thickness up to 25 mils. It cures at room temperature to form a removable seal to common aircraft substrates.
PR1428 Class B
PR-1428 Class B is a low adhesion sealant. It has a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). The material is designed for use as an access door sealant or in the fabrication of form-in-place (FIP) gaskets. It can also be used to protect electrical wires, terminals and equipment against fuel, moisture, dirt and short circuits.
PR-1428 Class B is a two-part, manganese dioxide cured, polysulfide compound. The uncured material is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a removable seal to common aircraft substrates.
Military specification: MIL-S-8784 OEM specification: BMS 5-37, DMS 2410

PR1460-Q
PR-1460-Q is a fuel resistant, solvent free, electrical potting and sealing compound. It has a service temperature range from -70°F (-57°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 275°F (135°C). This material is designed for sealing and insulating of electric connectors, wiring, and other electric apparatus in fuel exposed applications. The cured sealant is resistant to prolonged exposure to both jet fuel and aviation gas.
PR-1460-Q is a two-part manganese dioxide cured polysulfide compound. The uncured material is designed to flow around wires and connections in electrical connectors to provide complete insulation. It cures at room temperature to form a solid elastomer.
PR1773
PR-1773 Class B is a low adhesion, non-chromate, corrosion inhibitive sealant. It has a service temperature range from -65°F (-54°C) to 250°F (121°C), with intermittent excursions up to 300°F (149°C). The material is designed for use as an access door sealant or in the fabrication of form-in-place (FIP) gaskets. This material acts as an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum alloys or between dissimilar metals.
PR-1773 Class B is a non-chromate, corrosion inhibitive, two-part, manganese dioxide cured, polysulfide compound. The uncured material is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature to form a removable seal to common aircraft substrates. PR-1773 qualifies to AMS 3284 which replaces MIL-S-8784 and AMS 3267. However it is still being qualified to MIL-S-8784.
