Silmid.com welcomes orders from members of the public. The site can accept orders placed against any major credit card. Please feel free to browse the catalogue as a "guest" and when you are ready to order complete the "register" form.
When you have successfully registered you will be able to place and order online. Our system is certified by Verisign as a "Secure" site but if you have any questions or queries about ordering online please contact us at info@silmid.com

Existing Credit Account Customers
If you have a credit account in place with Sil-Mid Limited you can place your orders online against that account. When you are registered you will also be able to see any special agreed pricing or discounts that have been set up for you.
Please contact the Customer Services Team who will register you (and any other users you want to add) so that you can start ordering. An onsite demo/training session can be arranged with Customer Services if required.

How do I create an online account?
To create an online account you will need to Register. Click on the 'Register' Tab and complete the form with all its mandatory fields. Once registered you will be able to order using your credit card.
What are my payment choices?
Members ot the public can order online using any major credit card. Companies can opt to pay using a corporate purchasing card or a regular credit account. To order against an account the company will have to complete a credit account application form. Once complete the form should be faxed back to our Accounts team who will then advise whether the application has been successful.
Do I have to pay VAT?
All the prices shown in the online catalogue are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to your order at the current rate of 17.5%.
Do you ship oustide the United Kingdom?
At the current time the silmid.com online catalogue caters for customers in the United Kingdom. If you wish to have goods delivered outside the United Kingdom our Export Sales Team will be able to help. Contact them on +44 1675 432 850 or fax them on +44 1675 432 870
Has my order shipped?
When Logged in to the online catalogue click on the 'Orders' tab to review your list of recent orders. If the order is shown as 'complete' then it has shipped. Delivery normally takes 72 Hours from despatch.
How do I track my order?
When Logged in to the online catalogue click on the 'Orders' tab to review your list of recent orders. If your orders shows as despatched but you have not recieved it you can take the ANC reference and search for a proof of delivery (POD) on the ANC website, www.anc.co.uk, or contact the Customer Services team on 01675 432 850 who will be happy to track your order.
An item is missing from my shipment.
On receipt of a short shipment simply turn over the delivery note and fill in the form on the back. Fax the form to the number provided and a member of the Customer Service Team will deal with the problem. When will my backorder arrive?
We endeavour to supply your order within 28 working days of you placing it online. In some rare instances products take longer than 28 days. This is usually because they are made to order specifically for you or are supplied from outside the United Kingdom. If you have any concerns or worries about delivery contact Customer Services Team on 01675 432850 who will be able to advise you of lead times prior to you placing and order.
I need a copy of my invoice.
