The Araldite 2000 range comprises 14 adhesives spanning epoxy, polyurethane
and methacrylate chemistries.
The range includes load-bearing adhesives for bonding metals and composites,
resilient and flexible adhesives for bonding thermoplastics and combinations of
metals, slow cure adhesives for large area application, adhesives designed to give
results in minutes, adhesives that are resistant to high temperatures or chemicals,
paste adhesives for gap-filling or vertical applications, transparent adhesives
for glass bonding and rapid cure multipurpose adhesives.
Product performance is complemented by innovative packaging designed to assist the user.
The Araldite 2000 range is available in cartridge or working pack format to suit
the individual application.
Araldite 2010
High-viscosity, fast cure epoxy with excellent chemical, heat and water resistance.
Offers good lap shear strength at elevated temperatures after curing at 25°C (77°F).
For metals, composite panels, ceramics and wood. Qualified to ABP2-3094.

Araldite 2012
Araldite 2012 is a rapid cure, multipurpose, two component, room temperature curing,
high viscosity liquid adhesive of high strength and toughness.
It is suitable for bonding wide variety of metals, ceramics, glass, rubbers,
rigid plastics, and most other materials in common use.
It is a versatile adhesive for the craftsman as well as most industrial applications.

Araldite 2013 is a high-viscosity epoxy with excellent chemical, heat and water resistance.

Araldite 2014
Araldite 2014 is a two component, room temperature curing, thixotropic paste adhesive of high
strength and toughness, with 120°C temperature capability, good environmental and excellent
chemical resistance.
Used for bonding of metals, electronic components, GRP structures and many other items where a
higher than normal temperature or more aggressive environment is to be encountered in service.
The low out gassing makes this product suitable for specialist electronic telecommunication and
aerospace applications. Note: Requires 2:1 ratio gun.

Araldite 2015
Araldite 2015 is a two component, room temperature curing paste adhesive giving a resilient bond.
It is thixotropic and non sagging up to 10mm thickness.
It is particularly suitable for SMC and GRP bonding.

Araldite 2000 Series Accessories
To use the Araldite 2000 range of adhesives as supplied in cartridges,
the correct applicator gun is required.
The Sil-Mid guns support both 1:1 and 2:1 ration cartridge packs.
Also available are additional nozzle packs.
The Araldite 2000 range is available in cartridge or working pack format
to suit the individual application. Also available from silmid.com are manual
and pneumatic guns designed for use with all the Araldite twin cartridges, a
nd replacement mixer nozzles.
To help users with the application of Araldite 2000 range adhesives, we are
delighted to announce the revised cartridge system. This new system is simpler and
easier to use than before. There are also a range of new applicators to fit standard nozzles.
