3M Film Adhesives and primers
Structural film adhesives such as AF163-2K 0.06 and primer EC3960 are now available from stock held in frozen storage in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
3M's range of 250F curing film adhesives offer vacuum cure compatibility, high bond strengths from -67F to 250F, excellent resistance to high moisture environments both before and after curing and high fracture toughness and peel strength.
Alongside the structural film adhesives are primers such as EC3960 an air drying, sprayable, curing adhesive primer offering good corrosion resistance and compatibility with 3M film adhesives.
3M Paste Adhesives
3M offer a comprehensive range of single part contact adhesives; 2-part structural paste adhesives edge fillers and syntactic materials for the aerospace composite industry.
Single part fast curing adhesives with excellent adhesive properties from -5F - 300F. Single part acrylic-butadiene rubber based protective coatings. Epoxy based toughened adhesive either with or without glass additives for bond line thickness moderation. Thixotropic, flame retardant, structural void filling compounds with a specific gravity less than 0.5.
